Wedding or Tiered Cake Deposit/Cancellation Policy: If Extension Price is greater than $100.00, a 50% deposit is required when placing the order to reserve the date. No date is held until a deposit is paid. The deposit is only completely refundable if a cancellation is made within 30 days of contract date. Otherwise, Tizzerts retains a $100.00 consultation fee if entire order is cancelled. Details such as cake size and style can be changed up to 2 weeks prior to event. At this time, we will call you to confirm the order and to finalize any payment.
Regular Order Cancellation Policy: We require a notice of 24 hours if you need to cancel an order for any regular-sized Tizzerts products. Larger items, such as 12" -14" round or 1/2 and whole sheet cakes require 48 hours notice. And any cake cancellation with 3-D decorations or fondant or gum paste additions (flowers, bows, etc.) requires 48 hours notice.
