Below are some pictures of our traditional cakes. These cakes come with the
standard decoration.

Vanilla Creme
This soft yellow cake is layered with smooth, vanilla pastry cream to create a custard-type filling that is hard to refuse. The simply divine cake is iced with vanilla buttercream and finished with buttercream shells and white chocolate shavings.

 

Lemon Raspberry
This fruity cake is made with moist yellow cake layers, tangy lemon curd and seedless raspberry filling; the cake is topped off with old-fashioned vanilla buttercream icing and more raspberry.

Sour Cream Coconut Cloud
Rich sour cream coconut filling soaks layers of moist yellow cake with goodness; the cake is covered in light meringue buttercream and pure angel-flaked coconut. The decorative rosettes on each slice are topped off with toasted coconut.

 

Boston Creme
Buttery yellow layers with pastry creme are glazed with rich semisweet chocolate for a most decadent treat; simply elegant white chocolate curls grace the shiny, delicious result.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Boston
A new twist on the traditional boston: two rich devilsfood layers with decadent peanut butter pastry cream. This heavenly combination is glazed with rich semisweet chocolate to create a "divine" dessert experience!

 

Carrot Pecan
A traditional combination of carrot cake with pecans and cream cheese icing makes this cake a favorite; burnt orange carrots dance across the top, and perfectly-picked pecan pieces surround the sides.

Chocolate Creme
Velvety chocolate pastry cream is placed between layers of light yellow cake and iced with either our ultra-smooth chocolate or vanilla buttercream. We top this mouth-watering concoction with chocolate or vanilla buttercream shells and chocolate shavings. YUM!

 

Chocolate Truffle (or White Chocolate)
Old-fashioned devilsfood chocolate cake layers are filled and iced with rich chocolate ganache (white chocolate is covered with vanillla buttercream). Both cakes are truly decadent—just like a truffle should be!

 

Chocolate Raspberry
We fill rich chocolate devilsfood cake layers with ganache and seedless raspberry preserves; the cake is topped with more ganache and swirls of raspberry.

Chocolate Espresso
Rich chocolate devilsfood cake layers are filled with ganache and Kona coffee cream; the cake is iced in milk chocolate buttercream and finished with chocolate coffee beans.
